AACC University Consortium
The AACC University Consortium provides an opportunity to let you continue your college education without leaving the county!
The AACC University Consortium is a select group of four year colleges and universities that partner with AACC to offer baccalaureate and graduate degrees at AACC sites. The consortium expands access to higher education through a mix of associate, bachelor, master and professional degree and certificate programs. Degrees offered by the four year partners link with AACC associate degree programs, offering a seamless transfer. Courses are offered on the AACC Arnold campus and at the Regional Higher Education Center at AACC at Arundel Mills.

Frostburg State University offers a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Electrical Engineering at the Regional Higher Education Center at AACC at Arundel Mills.

Notre Dame of Maryland University
Notre Dame of Maryland University offers a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies / Elementary Education, Master of Arts in Teaching and Leadership in Teaching, and Certification in Administration and Supervision, Special Education, Library Media Specialist, TESOL and Reading Specialist. Courses offered on the AACC Arnold Campus and at the Regional Higher Education Center at AACC at Arundel Mills.
