Tuesday & Thursday Nights at the Arnold Campus

We recognize that you have family and friends who are as much a part of your life as classes.  And we respect the fact that working and attending college can be challenging. So this spring we’ve enhanced our Tuesday and Thursday night offerings with you in mind, the working adult, to make taking classes at night a little bit easier.

Tuesday and Thursday Nights at AACC is college for grownups.

  • Expanded selection of  hybrid classes that combine the best of classroom learning with the convenience of meeting online to reduce the amount of classroom seat time.
  • Technical support to increase the first-time online learner’s comfort level with hybrid classes. What are the technical requirements? Questions, contact the Technical Call Center.
  • Expanded selection of credit and noncredit classes meeting at the Arnold campus, so you can take advantage of expanded college support programs and services.
  • Drop-in child care, so you can rest assured your little ones are in good hands while you’re in the classroom. For children 2-10 years old.
  • More continuing education and credit classes in programs tailored for today’s working world.
  • Career workshops to help clarify abilities, interests and work-related values, and enhance decision-making and job seeking skills.
  • Advisers experienced in dealing with issues specific to adults. Read a profile about Joyce  and Mary.  They were returning adult students, too. Drop-in or appointments are available with advisers.
  • Grab-and-go meals and more are available at the Union Deli & Market in the Student Union until 6 p.m. and at the Center Stage Cafe in the CALT Atrium until 8 p.m.
