GED Practice Test

If you think you are ready to take the GED test and don’t need classes to prepare, register to take the Official GED Practice Test at AACC and find out. This is an excellent way to practice your test-taking skills under simulated test conditions. After completing the Practice Test, you will review your results with a test administrator and see if you are ready or whether you would benefit from additional coursework.
The GED Practice Test:
  • Is half the length of the actual GED test
  • Includes questions similar in content, difficulty and format to the actual test.

This is an excellent way to practice your test-taking skills under simulated test conditions. After completing the Practice Test, you will review your results with a test administrator and find out whether you should take the Official GED test or register for classes first.

Cost
The cost to take the Official GED Practice Test is $20 payable by credit card, check or money order to Anne Arundel Community College ($25 for out of county students and $30 for out of state students).

Locations and Registration
The GED Practice test is administered one Friday a month at the Mount Olive Community Center in Annapolis, one Saturday per month at the Glen Burnie Town Center and one Friday and Saturday a month at AACC’s Sales and Service Training Center at Arundel Mills. Pre-registration is required for the Official GED Practice Test. Contact AACC’s Office of Adult Basic Skills 410-777-1823 for upcoming dates and to register.
