AACC 29th Annual Turkey Trot

Join in the fun and walk, jog or run the AACC Turkey Trot!

The Turkey Trot is open to the entire community. Proceeds will support the Health, Fitness and Exercise Studies’department’s annual scholarship as well as the AACC Fitness Center.

The race starts and finishes at Siegert Field on the Arnold campus.

The Arnold campus trail is well-marked and moderately hilly.

Packets may be picked up from registration table on race day beginning at 10 a.m. Registrations received after 10:30 a.m. will not be timed. Free Turkey Trot T-shirts to the first 300 participants.

Refreshments will be served after the race, courtesy of our sponsors.

AACC is open to the public, so please be courteous and alert. No pets or bikes allowed. Everyone must finish the race in less than 60 minutes.

The awards ceremony begins at 1:15 p.m. in the David S. Jenkins Gymnasium. Prizes include turkeys, pies, gift cards and more! The first 300 participants will get a Turkey Trot T-shirt.

AACC has a food pantry on campus located in the Student Engagement office for students who come to school hungry and cannot afford to buy food. Please bring canned food to help us stock the pantry.

Popular items to donate are:

  • Microwavable dinners and snacks.
  • Fruit cups.
  • Breakfast or granola bars.
  • Small juice bottles.
  • Cheese and crackers.
  • Peanut butter and jelly.
  • Cereal.
  • Soup (canned or cup of noodles).
