Join us to learn more about our Medical Laboratory Assistant program through this free virtual information session!
Earn a certificate through our Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) program and you will be prepared to work in a variety of clinical laboratory settings including hospitals, clinics and physician office laboratories. As an MLA student, you’ll learn the practical skills of both in-patient and out-patient phlebotomy and processing, blood donor phlebotomy and processing, specimen accessioning, Point-of-Care and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA ’88) waived testing, and computer and customer service skills.
