Regularly Scheduled System Downtime
AACC is committed to providing current and progressive technology to enhance and support the college mission.
In order to provide superior service to the college community, regular maintenance is required. In an effort to lessen the impact on students, the following downtime schedule has been established:
- 2nd Friday of each month, maintenance starts at 5:30 pm for systems impacting students, including Canvas LMS, MyAACC portal (including Intranet), www.aacc.edu, student email, student remote access (Citrix) and Student Information System (Colleague).
- 1st, 3rd and 4th Friday of each month, maintenance starts at 9:30 pm for all other systems.
