Child Care Training - Early Childhood Professionals

At AACC, you can the degree or training needed to become a child care professional or if you are already a child care professional, we can help you stay current with the latest teaching and child care courses approved by the Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care.

Child care centers and in-home providers can seek training for behavioral and emotional support, CPR, 90-hour certification and have access to professional development, mentoring, consultation, conferences and a speaker’s bureau.

Are you already a child care provider working from home or in a center:

Are you wanting to become a child care provider

  • By earning your 90-hour child care certification to work as a director or senior staff? 
  • By earning a degree or certificate in early child care education?
  • And have already taken the 45-hour pre-service training from CCA approved vendors? You may be eligible to take challenge tests to convert these noncredit classes to credit classes in the degree program. Contact us for more information.
