HEA-295 Care/Prevent Athletic Injury

Learn theoretical and practical methods of preventing and treating injuries, techniques of taping and bandaging, and use of rehabilitative methods. Understand the mechanisms of injury, strategies for prevention, and techniques to rehabilitate an athlete or client following injury. Lab fee $15. Prerequisite: HEA 101 or permission of the academic chair.
