LGS-141 Electronic Legal Research

Learn and apply computer-assisted legal research strategies to locate primary and secondary sources of law; develop research strategies; identify appropriate databases, formulate and apply diverse search techniques, and evaluate results. Identify appropriate use of print, free online, or paid online legal information sources. Enrollment is limited. Lab fee $35. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in LGS 111. Prerequisite or corequisite: LGS 143.
