BPA-190 Organizational Behavior

Examine many of the basic principles of human behavior that effective managers use when managing individuals and groups in a variety of organizations. Topics include communications, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, power, organizational design and development, and organizational culture. Conceptual frameworks, case studies, and skill-oriented activities are applied to each topic and intended to help students acquire the skills that managers need to improve organizational relationships and performance.
