Formal apprenticeship training is a four-year commitment normally paid for by your employer. Apprentices take their classroom training at various locations throughout Anne Arundel County while on-the-job training may be done at a worksite or other places. To learn more about becoming an electrical apprentice, contact ABC or IEC. Each apprenticeship program is approved by the Maryland Apprenticeship Training Council.
