Pay Rate: $12/hour
Hours: 25 hours/week
Serve as the first responder to telephone calls and walk-in visitors; provide routine information to the general public.
Format, collate, type, copy, and scan instructional materials, flyers, admission booklets, student handbooks, faculty and clinical manuals utilizing knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, proper grammar, proofreading, spelling and medical terminology to produce quality routine correspondence and documents from rough draft or detailed instructions.
High School diploma or equivalent required with specialized administrative training preferred.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision providing attention to detail and deadlines, work as a team player and deal effectively with students, faculty, staff & the general public.
