Response Center

Duties

The Response Center handles a large volume of incoming calls to the College and is responsible for providing general assistance in enrollment intake, registration, records retention, and financial aid functions in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner.

Qualifications

  • Requires two years customer service experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and computer proficiency.
  • Experience in a call center or in higher education preferred.
  • HS Diploma required.

Compensation

$11 per hour

Work Schedule

12 p.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Thursday; rotating Saturdays 9am-1pm (20-24 hrs per week)
