Total Credit Hours: A minimum of 22 credit hours.
Purpose: This is a flexible option that offers basic competence in electronics for those who desire to enter the job market with a minimum of class time. It also provides formal recognition to those who are already working in the electronics industry and wish to upgrade their job skills. All credits earned in this option apply to the Electronics A.A.S. Degree program (click on Electronic Degree program link on the right.)
Range of Occupations: Electronics communications technician, Electronics technician, Instrumentation and control technician, Upgraded electronic technician
Graduation Requirements: Demonstrated eligibility for ENG 111. A minimum of two terms is needed to complete the option.
