KRISTEN VALERIO
Kris Valerio serves the thriving regional tech community as the executive director of the Chesapeake Regional Tech Council.

Valerio brings an eclectic background to her role at CRTC starting with her first career as an actor, writer and producer. Following eight years in New York City, Valerio returned to the Baltimore-Washington area and worked her way through "conventional business" boot camp including nearly three years as vice president of membership for the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce.

She graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts and Communication.
