Joyce Ezrow came to AACC in 2003 and currently serves as the Maryland State Director for the Fast Trac© program. She has started and sold two businesses, a retail clothing store and a direct mail advertising company. She has been involved with many different community organizations such as the YMCA, American Cancer Society, Rotary International, etc. 

While in New York, she worked with the Entrepreneur Assistance Training program running start-up workshops and providing counseling. In working with Rural Opportunities Inc., she helped small businesses secure loans and provided technical assistance in areas such as setting up accounting systems, developing marketing plans improving their overall operations. While in Texas, she worked with the North Texas Small Business Development Centers as their training coordinator. She also provided Fast Trac training and counseling services.

She holds a B.S. from Canisius College and a M.B.A. from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is currently working on a Masters in education with Walden University.
