Entrepreneurial Studies Institute and Student Entrepreneurs Club - Speaker Series

Over the school year various local entrepreneurs and other leaders associated with small business lead discussions and give presentations on a variety of small business topics. This gives the future and current entrepreneur an opportunity to “pick the brain” of some of the most successful small business leaders in local area. This series is designed to enhance current small business skills and knowledge with current information and to share tips and insights on how to be a successful entrepreneur. Packed with ideas and advice, these discussions and presentations take place in a warm, friendly atmosphere and are a great place to network with other current or future entrepreneurs.

• Defining Your Product or Service and Pricing Strategies - Speaker: Paul Janssen, owner and principal of Management Enterprise Services, Inc.
• Commercial Real Estate Lease Agreements, Contract Terms, and Location - Speaker: Pat Roe of Paraclete Realty
• Funding Your Business, Preparing a Budget & Pro-forma Financial Statements - Speaker: Mike Williams, Wachovia Bank
