WHO IS ELIGIBLE? High school seniors and currently enrolled AACC students with a minimum 2.75 GPA planning to study engineering or engineering technologies and have demonstrated a financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). WHERE WILL I TRANSFER? With AACC's Associate of Science in Engineering Transfer Option you can transfer to all Maryland public college and university engineering bachelor programs as well as many private and public colleges and universities both in Maryland and out of state. The other engineering degrees may transfer to specialized programs leading to a bachelors' degree as well. Students should consult with a college advisor regarding transfer plans. WHAT IF I DON’T PLAN TO TRANSFER? AACC offers two Associate of Applied Science degrees in electronics and telecommunications designed to transition students directly into the workforce as electronic or telecommunications technicians.
