Cooking, Wine and Culinary Arts

In addition to offering a degree or certificate in culinary arts, AACC's Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Tourism (HCAT) Institute is pleased to offer a variety of noncredit cooking classes for beginners and culinary experts alike. HCAT has two state-of-the art kitchens--one in the HCAT Building in Glen Burnie and the other in the Humanities Building on the Arnold campus. Classes are mostly held evenings and weekends and may be lecture, hands-on cooking or chef demonstrations.

For questions about our noncredit culinary courses, contact the HCAT Institute at 410-777-2398 or AACC'S Continuing Education Office at 410-777-2325.
