"I was at the top of my game in construction sales when the economy bottomed out. After I got laid off three times in two years, my wife and I decided it was time to make a change.

I love food. I love restaurants. I love the industry. I had heard Anne Arundel Community College had a great program.

When people eat my food and they look and me and go, "wow," it's a great feeling for me."
