Noncredit Wine Classes, Fall 2009

The Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Tourism Institute is pleased to offer a variety of noncredit classes that will expand your knowledge and appreciation of wine.

GME-326 - Wine Appreciation 2
Section 901, Mondays, Oct. 26-Nov. 23, 7-9 p.m.
Arnold Campus - HUM 214 

Explore the intricacies of the world's Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and other grapes. Learn to select reasonably priced wines for events and cellars. Taste a variety of red, white and fortified wines. $130 includes $55 supplies/lab fee.
