Chef Louis R. Woods, Jr., MBA, CEC, CCA, FMP has been teaching HCAT students since 1991. Currently he is an Instructional Specialist teaching a broad spectrum of the HCAT offerings. He is also currently the Internship coordinator for HCAT. His career includes Executive Chef and Food Service Director for the ARAMARK Corporation, as well as Food and Beverage Director for Embassy Suites Hotel in Hunt Valley and the Historic Inns of Annapolis. Chef Woods holds an MBA degree in Management Strategy from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Anne Arundel Community College.
