People's offers substantially discounted medications to its uninsured patients through a relatively unknown benefit called the "340b drug program" available to Federally Qualified Health Centers and Veteran Administration organizations. They also have access to free pharmaceuticals for chronic conditions, which are renewed in three-month increments

People's offers medical, mental health and dental services, assistance in obtaining social service benefits, bus tokens and occasionally taxi service, and assistance with specialty referrals and follow-up. For uninsured patients they have access to free pharmaceuticals for chronic conditions, which are renewed in three-month increments, and they assist in reducing lab fee costs when possible.
Walk-in service is available for urgent care at the following locations, but calling ahead is advised.
