People's offers substantially discounted medications to its uninsured patients through a relatively unknown benefit called the "340b drug program" available to Federally Qualified Health Centers and Veteran Administration organizations. They also have access to free pharmaceuticals for chronic conditions, which are renewed in three-month increments

For uninsured patients they have access to free pharmaceuticals for chronic conditions, which are renewed in three-month increments, and they assist in reducing lab fee costs when possible.
