Homeland Security or disaster preparedness means keeping you, your family, and your business interests safe in times of crisis. Businesses are compromised each day by fire, flood, hurricanes, and crime; therefore AACC is helping business owners have the proper training and skills should something happen to disrupt the flow of business in our community.

This means:

  • having a plan in place,
  • knowing where to get the vital documents and account numbers necessary to make claims,
  • having backup database and IT systems on site and off site in case the main one at the business is destroyed,
  • and having employees trained on what to do should they have to evacuate their business location.
