CPE-300 - Introduction to Property and Casualty Insurance: Get the background and information needed to pass the licensing exam in the broad areas of property and casualty insurance and insurance law. Meets requirements of the Maryland State Insurance Commission for individuals desiring to work in insurance or working at an insurance agency with duties requiring a license. Textbook available at College Bookstore. CEUs awarded.

CPE-301 - Preparation for Maryland Title Agent Certification: Learn how to protect buyers' and sellers' rights in real estate transactions. Discuss title insurance terms and concepts as well as policy types, coverage and conditions. Explore laws governing title insurance. Review real estate terms and legal descriptions. CEUs awarded.
Notes: Includes 20 hours of classroom instruction and 10 hours of independent study. Students must attend all class sessions and complete the independent study to receive a certificate of completion. Designed for students planning to take the Maryland state title agent licensing examination.
