CTT-352 - Microsoft Word Level 1
Learn to use Microsoft Word to create documents. Covers character and paragraph formats and editing text.Create numbered and bulleted lists, use various proofing tools and create tables.Work with page layout features and document management tools.
Prerequisite: CPT 364.
CTT-353 - Microsoft Word Level 2
Learn advanced features of Microsoft Word.Work with sections, columns and tables, import data, use styles and AutoText. Learn to insert graphics into documents.
Prerequisite: CTT 352
CTT-354 - Microsoft Word Level 3
Use advanced features of Microsoft Word for mail merging letters and labels.Create forms,work with large documents including master documents and tables of contents. Learn to automate actions with macros. Prerequisite: CTT 353.
OLN-320 - Introduction to Microsoft Word ONLINE
Learn character and paragraph formatting, setting tabs, indenting paragraphs, creating numbered and bulleted lists.Covers auto format, spell check, thesaurus, grammar check and file management skills. Prerequisite: CPT-365.
OLN-321 - Intermediate Microsoft Word ONLINE
Use drawing and graphic tools to enhance documents. Insert, size and crop pictures. Work with multiple columns and tables and create graphic documents including fliers, brochures, newsletters and catalogs. Prerequisite: OLN-320.
OLN-322 - Advanced Microsoft Word ONLINE
Learn to format, develop templates and forms. Create and edit tables, apply advanced table tools and Mail Merge for letters and labels.CEUs awarded. Prerequisite: OLN-321.
