Microsoft Word

In Word, you can spend more time writing and less time formatting. The results-oriented Office Fluent user interface presents tools to users when they need them, in a clear, organized fashion. Live visual previews, and pre-defined galleries of styles, table formats and other content help you get more out of the powerful Word  capabilities.

CTR-330 Microsoft Word 2010: Level I

Microsoft Word 2010: Level 1 Learn how to create, format and modify documents. Discover how to work on multiple documents simultaneously; run the integrated grammar and spell check; create envelopes and labels; create tables and Smart Art; and save, retrieve, merge, copy, organize and print documents. CTR-331 Microsoft Word 2010: Level 2

Microsoft Word 2010 - Level 2 Learn how to use and customize document templates and forms. Use the navigation page for outlines. Work with graphics, Web features and Outlook content. Discover how to format tables and print labels and envelopes. Textbook information available at AACC Bookstore. CEUs awarded. $137 includes $27 fee. Prerequisite: CTR 330 Microsoft Word 2010 - Level 1 or equivalent knowledge.

CTR-371 Microsoft Word 2013: Level I

Word 2013 Level 1 Learn how to create, format, edit and print documents. Discover how to work on multiple documents simultaneously, run the integrated grammar and spelling checker, create envelopes and labels, merge documents, and create tables and SmartArt. Word 2013 Level 2 Learn the advanced features of Word 2013 including time-saving shortcuts. Discover how to format, customize and protect documents. Insert special features and references. Prerequisite: CTR 371 Word 2013 Level 1 or equivalent knowledge.
