Services and Resources we offer to Distance Learning Students:

Search the Library Databases for articles from:

  • Magazines, journals, and newspapers
  • Reference books and other sources
  • Note: You must have an AACC Library Card to access articles from off-campus

Apply for a Library Card: 

  • STUDENT APPLICATION: Only AACC students taking online, telecourse, or courses not held on the Arnold campus may apply online. All others must come to the Library.
  • FACULTY APPLICATION: Faculty teaching distance education courses may also apply for a library card online.

Search the Library Catalog for:

  • Books, audio-visual materials, journals and magazines
  • Access to electronic reference books available online 

Request Delivery of a Truxal Library Book to:

  • AACC at Arundel Mills (Student Services, Room 105)
  • Glen Burnie Town Center (College Services Counter, 2nd floor)
  • HCAT
  • Other (contact Distance Learning Librarian at DLLibrarian@aacc.edu or 410-777-2216)

Request Items Our Library Does Not Own (Interlibrary Loan):

  • Borrow books from other libraries
  • Request copies of articles from other libraries
