Scheduled for Feb. 16, March 14 and April 11, each lunch is from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Cade Center for Fine Arts Room 219 on the Arnold campus, 101 College Parkway. The luncheon lectures are part of the organization’s free public service for local parents and grandparents.

The first brown-bag lunch in the series is Feb. 16, "Tools to Teach Toddlers to Talk," presented by Brenda Insalaco, M.A., a speech language pathologist with the Maryland Infants and Toddlers program. Then, on March 14, learn about "Baby Wearing" from Jennifer Gross Lara, an associate professor of education with the AACC Teacher Education and Child Care Institute.

Concluding the spring-term series on April 11 is "Focus on Fathers: Why Dads are Important in Children’s Lives," with Bruce Turnquist, Psy.D., a clinical psychologist, and David M. Ochinero, a licensed marriage and family therapist, both of Turnquist and Associates, a marriage and family therapy center in Arnold.
