The Anne Arundel Community College Center for Workforce Solutions has contracts from Curves Inc. and Otsuka Inc. to offer training programs to company employees.

More than two dozen owners of Curves Inc., a women’s-only workout studio with locations in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia, can now take "Principles of Nutrition" (BIO 135) online for college credit, staff development and customer service purposes.

Otsuka Inc., a Japanese-owned pharmaceutical firm, has contracted with the center to provide leadership training to 20 employees through the courses, "The Leader in Each of Us" and "Personal Empowerment: Taking Initiative."
