Golfers still have time to register for the inaugural Anne Arundel Community College Pioneers Golf Tournament Wednesday, June 6, at Compass Pointe Golf Course to benefit the AACC Pioneers Athletics department and AACC student wellness and athletics programs.

            Registration is at 7:30 a.m., with an 8 a.m. continental breakfast and an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start at the golf course, 9010 Fort Smallwood Road, Pasadena. The scramble best-ball format features awards for winning teams, closest to pin, longest drive and hole-in-one. A silent auction will include collectible golf items.

            Entry fees of $500 for a foursome and $125 for individuals include greens and cart fees, midday food station and awards banquet and a package for Mulligan, 50/50 raffle, string and ladies' privilege.
