College Fair Brings 125 College Reps to AACC

Feb. 12, 2009

Find out about more than 125 colleges and universities PDF all gathered under one roof at the annual College Fair from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, at Anne Arundel Community College.

This free event, co-sponsored by AACC and Anne Arundel County Public Schools, helps students explore higher education options, gather and compare data and visit with university representatives all at one time.

Visit more than 30 AACC tables staffed by representatives of credit and noncredit programs and college services. Meet representatives from two- and four-year colleges and universities, who can supply handouts, curriculum information and answers to typical questions. Check out familiar and unfamiliar colleges. Talk face-to-face with counselors and admission representatives.

Students, their families and friends can get help with specific questions and decision-making. The 2009 College Fair makes it easy to take that first step in sorting out which college matches your goals.

Parking is free. Come to the David S. Jenkins Gymnasium on the Arnold campus, 101 College Parkway. Call 410-777-2615 for information or visit the AACC College Events Web site. Call Disability Support Services, 410-777-2306 or Maryland Relay 711, at least 72 hours in advance to request special accommodations.
