August 18, 2011
Education

There’s still time to enroll in fall Anne Arundel Community College credit classes at Meade High School, where late-start classes abound, especially in the area of world languages.

Choose from beginning Arabic, Farsi (Dari), Pashto and Spanish or intermediate Arabic with classes starting Sept. 26. Complete basic required courses in many disciplines, such as pre-algebra and algebra, business communications, fundamentals of oral communication, history of the United States and introduction to psychology. These courses have a variety of late start dates, from Sept. 6 through Oct. 13.

Meade High School is also home to AACC noncredit classes, which this fall will range from ballroom dance to zumba. Classes meet in the evenings. For a list of classes, visit www.aacc.edu/meade.
