March 31, 2014

Parents, do you need a night out, but can’t find a child sitter? Sign up your children for the new Date Night provided by the Child Development Center at Anne Arundel Community College.

The college will open its doors on Fridays, April 25 and May 30, from 6 to 9 p.m. to provide games, crafts, movie and popcorn for children aged 2 to 12. The center can take up to 20 children, at $7.50 per hour for the first child and $3 per hour for each additional child. All children must be signed up in advance. An earlier drop-off time is possible by pre-arrangement. To register your child, call 410-777-2450.

AACC’s Child Development Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Maryland State Department of Education. During the week, the highly trained staff provides a developmentally appropriate play-based early education program for children aged 2 to 5 years old. For more information about the center, visit the Child Development Center webpage.
