DISPOSITION: Closed; property taken by mistake and returned to owner.

OFFENSE:  DISORDERLY/SIMPLE ASSAULT           CASE NUMBER: 2008-720601

SUMMARY:  Public Safety responded to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The driver was disorderly and County Police were called.  Subject identified.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS: #1 - white male, 30's, short brown hair, wearing gray shirt and dark pants; #2 - white male, 40's, short light brown hair, wearing black shirt and black pants.

DISPOSITION: Open; investigation is continuing by County Police.

SUMMARY:  Public Safety received a report of an individual assaulting another on campus on a previous date. 

DISPOSITION: Closed; investigation determined case unfounded.
