SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: White male, late 30's to mid 40's, olive complexion, brown eyes, brown hair balding on top, about 5'8/5'9 wearing a dark leather jacket, dark jeans and navy blue shirt. Suspect was carrying a map and a cell phone in hand.
