The Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) Purchasing Department is responsible for the procurement of all equipment, services, materials, and supplies utilized by the college.
Individual departments or employees are not authorized to enter into purchase contracts or to, in any way, obligate the College for procurement indebtedness without a signed purchase order or an approved procurement card (P-Card) transaction.
The Purchasing Department is part of the Business & Financial Resources Office and is located in the Resource Management Building.
How to Get on Bidder's/Vendor's List
All vendors are asked to complete a Vendor/Bidders List application form. You can submit an application online or call the Business Support Services Office at 410-777-2068. Please remember to notify the college of any changes.
