Anne Arundel Community College at Arundel Mills in Hanover has been designated a Regional Higher Education Center - one of seven such centers in Maryland.   Frostburg State University
Frostburg State University (FSU) offers a bachelor of science in engineering degree with an electrical engineering concentration at Anne Arundel Community College at Arundel Mills Regional Higher Education Center. This program is designed to meet the needs of modern industry and is open to community college graduates who have completed an A.S. degree in Engineering. FSU will offer courses on-site and via distance learning for students at the Center to complete the Bachelor of Science requirements.

Notre Dame of Maryland University is a Catholic, liberal arts college, based in Baltimore. As a founding member of AACC University Consortium, Notre Dame works with AACC to offer undergraduate and graduate degrees in education with courses at AACC Arnold and Arundel Mills. Our programs are taught in various adult focused formats, including an evening, cohort model that allows adults to work full time while completing their degree in Education.

  Stevenson University
Stevenson University is a coeducational independent college with two campuses located just outside of Baltimore in Stevenson and Owings Mills, Maryland. Approximately 3,000 students attend SU, which offers traditional bachelor's, accelerated bachelor's, and master's degrees in a distinctive career-focused environment. Stevenson University offers the Accelerated RN to BS Option for registered nurses who have successfully completed prerequisite coursework and college core requirements and would like to obtain a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Courses are offered in ten-week terms, some of which have five-week modules. Multiple entry and exit points along the way enable registered nurses to accelerate according to professional and personal desires. The degree completion option for registered nurses is 120 credits. In accordance with the Maryland RN to BSN Articulation Model, 30 nursing credits are awarded to the registered nurse with an active, unencumbered Maryland Nursing license upon enrollment into the RN to BS Option. The upper level RN to BS nursing courses comprise 30 credits.
