Students walk between buildings on AACC Arnold campus.

We're here to help you!

For flexibility and convenience, student services will continue to be delivered remotely. Limited in-person appointments and drop-in hours are available for those who need it most and in alignment with in-person classes.

As we gain a better sense of the need for in-person versus face-to-face services, we may choose to adjust the balance of our services. Be sure to check the website for a directory of the most up-to-date hours.

Still need help? Use the online chat, email or call any of the contacts on this page.

Fall 2021 In-person Operating Hours

Services will continue to be offered remotely with in-person hours also available. Certain services are available for you to drop-in while others may require you to schedule an appointment. The chart below has a list of the services available in-person this fall with links for you to learn how to connect remotely.

Bookstore

The physical bookstore will remain closed to the public until October. We will update this page with additional details on that as they become available. In the meantime, books and other supplies are available through the updated online store and will be mailed directly to students free of charge.

Devices Available

If you're dealing with unreliable technology or your device is no longer working, we might be able to help!

We have a few ways to get electronic devices for your classes:

  • The AACC Bookstore has several devices in stock priced with an academic discount built in. The bookstore is offering free shipping for all online orders to assist students at a distance. For information email websales@aacc.edu.
  • Students may be eligible for technology/device assistance through the college’s Helplink program. For information email studenthelplink@aacc.edu
  • The library continues to lend tech gear to students. Laptops, hotspots, headsets and webcams are available. For these services, contact the Truxal Library's circulation desk at circdesk@aacc.edu, using your MyAACC email address. You may choose to have your device sent to you via UPS or schedule an appointment to pick up on campus.

Printing

Faculty are encouraged to accept digital submission of student work. Students who need to print work in the fall term may print in Truxal Library’s Technology Learning Center and at multi-function devices (MFDs) located in:

  • CRSC 252
  • CADE 201
  • CALT Atrium
  • GBTC 311
  • GBTC 418

These coin-operated machines allow printing from USB drives. The port is in the upper right corner of the machine. Users will have to insert 10 cents to get to the home screen where they will see a removable drive icon. Tapping on that icon will allow the user to navigate through the files and folders on the drive and select the one they want to print. Only PDF files can be printed, and each page in the PDF costs 10 cents to print.

Events

Events will be permitted on campus with approval. Learn how to schedule your event.

Athletics

Athletics competitions will be held in the fall. For information visit the Athletics website. Learn about information for spectators.
