Swimming for Fitness

Swimming for Fitness Practice speed drills and improve your endurance through this masters-type swim program. Includes stroke work and strength building exercises as necessary. $144+ includes $41 fee. Prerequisite: Able to swim continuously for 15 minutes using one or combination of free style, back stroke or breast stroke or have instructor's permission.
