Maryland Basic Boating Cover types of vessels and their safe operation. Discuss state and federal regulations, weather and types of waterways. CEUs awarded. $72 includes textbook and $7 fee. Note: Meets the Maryland Boating Safety Education certification requirement for individuals born after 1972. Minimum age of students is 12 years old. Students age 12-15 years of age must be accompanied by a registered adult.
