Welding 2 Practice and improve your welding techniques using different thicknesses of materials in various positions. Learn the difference of oxyacetylene welding and brazing. Perform techniques using gas metal arc welding on thin gauge and heavy metals and shielded metal arc welding. Review welding theory, safety, equipment and more through lecture and hands-on instruction. CEUs awarded. $467 includes $257 fee. Prerequisite: Opt 362 Welding 1. Note: Fire-retardant pants and shirt, hard-toe boots and safety goggles required.
