Certification in Sanitation National food safety certification by the National Restaurant Association (NRA) designed for food service professionals. Learn the cause and prevention of food-borne illnesses, maintenance of sanitary conditions and how to implement a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. Study the flow of food from receiving through storage, prep and service. A certification from the NRA is issued to students who satisfactorily complete the course and pass the examination. CEUs awarded. $109 includes $7 fee. Note: Student must purchase textbook at AACC Bookstore prior to attending the first class. Some sections offered online. All sections also offered for credit, HRM 119.
