Advanced Culinary Basics Build on skills and techniques learned in Culinary Basics (GMT 392) to expand knowledge of food preparation standards. Explore moist- and dry-heat cooking methods such as braising, stewing, sauteing, deep-frying and roasting. $296+ includes $80 fee. Prerequisite: GMT 392 Culinary Basics or permission of instructor. Note: Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
