Study front office management and total hotel organization as it relates to the front office. Methods of revenue management are applied in areas of price structure, occupancy patterns and income. Also covered are front office computer applications used in the hotel industry. Lab fee $10. Prerequisite: HRM 111 and eligibility for any general education mathematics or permission of the HCAT Institute.
