Intro/Network Cabling Fiber

Introduction to Network Cabling--Fiber Optics Gain additional knowledge about network cabling. Learn about fiber optics and cabling concepts such as light propagation, optical testing, operating sources and detectors, termination workstations and troubleshooting. Receive job placement assistance. Prepare to take the Fiber Optic Association's Certified Fiber Optic Technician Exam. $265 includes $55 fee. Prerequisite: OCA 325 Introduction to Network Cabling Copper. Corequisite: OCA 325 Introduction to Network Note: You must score 80 percent or better on the Certified Fiber Optic Technician exam to receive a certificate of completion.
