Weight Training for Women Tone muscles, reduce the risk of osteoporosis and gain strength for everyday activities through this introductory hand-weight training class. Learn how to set up a home-workout program. $87+ includes $7 fee. Note: Bring a set of 3- or 5-pound weights and a yoga mat.
