Shiatsu Massage Basics Explore the concepts of yin and yang, the life force energy Ki, Chinese medicine, the meridian systems and five element theory. Identify indications and contraindications for using Shiatsu massage. Practice Shiatsu massage techniques in sitting, supine and prone positions. Textbook information available at AACC Bookstore. CEUs awarded. $90 includes $15 fee. Note: Wear loose fitting clothes and bring socks, towel, blanket and pillow. Approved by the NCBTMB for six CE contact hours.
