Management and Supervision for Dietary Managers Apply management functions and principles to health care supervision at the first and second level of management. Review case studies and role playing. Learn how to conduct in-service training, interviews and counseling sessions. Practice writing job descriptions and procedures equipment justifications. CEUs awarded. $601 includes $169 fee. Corequisites: DMA 501 Food Systems Management, DMA 502 Nutrition for Dietary Managers, DMA 503 Management and Supervision Clinical, DMA 504 Food Systems Clinical and DMA 505 Nutrition Clinical.
