Nutrition for Dietary Managers Discuss the role of diet and nutritional therapy. Plan a menu following nutritional and RDA requirements focusing on how nutrients affect the body. Apply nutrition therapy to various diseases. CEUs awarded. $572 includes $140 fee. Corequisites: DMA 500 Management and Supervision for Dietary Managers, DMA 501 Food Systems Management, DMA 503 Management and Supervision Clinical, DMA 504 Food Systems Clinical and DMA 505 Nutrition Clinical.
