Food Systems Management Clinic

Food Systems Clinical Examine the size and scope of the food service industry. Review the basic principles of management. CEUs awarded. $57 includes $22 fee. Note: Meets the 50-hour requirement for the sanitation/food systems management clinical portion of the Dietary Management Certification. Corequisites: DMA 500 Management and Supervision for Dietary Managers, DMA 501 Food Systems Management, DMA-502 Nutrition for Dietary Managers, DMA 503 Management and Supervision Clinical. Note: To register, you must have prior approval from the program coordinator. Call 410-777-7387 prior to registration.
